Greenhill Estate is something special. The original properties, Hillside and Greenhill Manor, were built in 1935 by BHP to house visiting VIPs, executives and, on occasions, even royalty. Totally restored, these heritage listed residences and our new contemporary buildings provide a truly luxurious setting. Today, our residents get to enjoy the same panoramic views out to the ocean, and the magnificent landscaped gardens, those VIPs did.
