About

Established in the Year of the Eucharist, under the guidance of Bishop Peter Ingham, our school community has drawn it's motto, Abide in Christ, from John, Chapter 15, Jesus the True Vine. Our motto calls each member of the school community to remain close to Christ, to dwell in the Lord, to grow more fully into the likeness of Christ. Our crest gives expression to the beautiful imagery of life in abundance as members of the body of Christ. The symbolism in the lower section of the crest calls the school community to action as Eucharistic people reflecting the light of Christ. The overarching purpose for learning and teaching at Corpus Christi Catholic High School is, therefore: to develop in all learners a Eucharistic imagination with which to transform their world.
