Above and Beyond Consulting has emerged from my journey in the sector of Early Childhood Education. Hello, I'm Stella Stead. I am an advocate for early childhood and a mother to a beautiful six month old. My Early Childhood journey commenced in 1997. Throughout the past twenty years I have worked in both the private sector in Long Day Care and Community based services. Above & Beyond Consulting is about empowering educators to be the best they can be. When I meet clients, many have been in the role for many years and looking for new ideas and perspectives, whilst other clients are new to the role and are not sure the skill set required to be successful in the role. First and foremost, it is about happiness. Anything that we choose to do in life should be because we want to. Not just for the money, not for the status, but because it brings you pure joy.
