The second venture for local dynamic triplet Jamo, Bianca & Joe, the Timbermill Cafe is open to the public for incredible fresh and locally sourced food set amongst the artistic hub of the Timbermill Studios. The same creators, head chef and staff of Thirroul’s famous Jose Jones Restaurant & Bar are here to deliver the best coffee, breakfasts, snacks and lunch in the area. The menu is delicious, wholesome, innovative and surprising – with daily specials inspired from around the world. The Cafe’s ambiance is a relaxed, cozy and friendly oasis for visitors to the Timbermill and locals alike. We have three retails stores in the complex as well as an art gallery for those who want to nab some local talent.
