Lancaster Law and Mediation,(“LLM”) is a law firm with the objective of resolving conflict – pure and simple. In the role of lawyer, LLM acts for clients, advocating their positions and advancing their interests fearlessly. LLM can challenge the agendas of others and seek a solution that is cost effective, and value driven. In the role of mediator, LLM assists parties to a dispute to address the issues that prevent them from working towards a solution. LLM acts as a neutral person who works with other professionals and/or the parties directly to identify issues, explore options and work through the conflict to resolve it. Mediation is often quicker than other legal processes and less expensive in money and personal stress. Enquiries are treated confidentially and are without obligation. That is, the initial half hour consultation is free in order for us to assess your needs and you will not incur fees until LLM has been engaged to act formally.
