The Gracie Barra school in Shellharbour welcomes everyone who is looking to get in shape, learn self-defense, and improve the overall quality of their lives. A typical Gracie Barra student starts with an introductory class, where he or she will learn the overall self-defense strategy of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and afterwards start in the Gracie Barra Fundamentals Program.
