My name is Jess and I live on the South Coast of NSW Australia. I am in my 30’s, have two children and being an older mum (I started late) my weight didn’t want to leave me, however I wanted it GONE! During the pregnancy of my son who was born in July 2013, I had gained an extra 16 kilos (and for those people who know me and my eating, it was hard to believe). I had always been a very good clean and healthy eater and with coeliac disease, I never ate bread, pasta or rice or most ‘naughty things’.
